Delivery times and charges

We deliver across mainland Great Britain and the Scottish islands with DPD's tracked service.

  • Monday to Friday: order by 7PM for next-day delivery*
  • Saturday and Sunday: order by 2PM for next-day delivery*
  • Delivery charge: £4.99, or free when you spend £40 or more

Next-day delivery is our aim, not a guarantee. Occasionally deliveries take longer, for example during peak sale periods, or because of local issues en route, congestion or severe weather.

*Not in every area: see areas with different delivery times.

Bank holidays and other exceptions

Delivery services may be limited on bank holidays, and occasionally by other disruption such as severe weather. Orders placed around these dates could take a little longer to arrive than normal.

While we offer next-day and weekend delivery to most of the country, our delivery partner DPD can't currently offer this to some harder-to-reach areas. Check your postcode on the map above for your delivery date, or find your postcode sector (e.g. AB31 4) in the lists below.

2–5 working days, weekdays only

Deliveries to more remote areas take 2–5 working days and arrive Monday to Friday. This includes Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire; areas north and west of Stirling; Inverness, the Highlands and the Isle of Skye; Arran and Cumbrae; Caithness, Sutherland and Orkney; Argyll and Bute and the Inner Hebrides; Highland Perthshire to Fort William and the Small Isles; the Isles of Scilly; the Outer Hebrides; and Shetland.

Parts of south Aberdeenshire around Laurencekirk get next-day delivery Monday to Friday only, so orders placed after Thursday's cut-off arrive on Monday at the earliest.

Order limits

Our delivery service is for household orders. Each order can weigh up to 155kg in total, with up to 15 of each product.

Orders above these limits generally can't be accepted on our website, and may be rejected at checkout or in the subscription portal until they're adjusted to within the limits.

Tracking and delivery preferences

  • Once your order is despatched, you'll get a tracking number to follow it on our website or in the DPD app.
  • On the day, DPD sends a 1-hour delivery window. It's a best estimate and isn't available in every area.
  • If you won't be in, use the DPD app or website to have your parcel left in a safe place, delivered to a neighbour, or sent to a local pickup shop (where available).
  • If you need extra time to answer the door or other assistance, let your driver know in the DPD app or website.
  • Help drivers find you by adding delivery notes or a photo of your entrance in the DPD app, especially in remote areas or if you've had delivery issues before.
  • Subscribers can move their next order to a day that suits them in the subscription portal. Subscription orders are processed on the morning of their scheduled date and arrive the next day* (later in the areas above).
